The DWELLII THOW 2 is built in our own factory – using the same timber-frame construction as our series-produced compact cabins.
It is ideal as holiday accommodation – and an investment with tax advantages.

Under the operator model with PRIMA Resort Boddenblick, the operator handles marketing, guest management, cleaning and maintenance – with no operational effort on your part as an investor. Specific conditions in your individual case should be clarified with your tax adviser.
