DWELLII designs and builds modular wooden houses – manufactured in our own factory, from structure to interior fit-out.

DWELLII develops high-quality modular and tiny houses, manufactured in our own factory, delivered turnkey and installed on site – depending on the house and plot, typically within two weeks. All DWELLII modular houses are designed for comfortable, nature-connected single-level living – year-round. Only premium materials and proven construction methods are used.

Through close collaboration with experienced architects and structural engineers, several modular house types have been developed that impress both visually and functionally.

Our approach

Our houses are built in precise, serial production and realised on site in the shortest time. This approach delivers consistent quality, speed and minimal on-site disruption.

We avoid conventional concrete solutions by using screw foundations, specify long-lasting materials and integrate technical systems that work efficiently for decades.

Quality & technology

Our technical specification follows the same standard: maximum efficiency with minimal heat loss. High-quality windows, a well-designed building envelope and integrated systems maintain stable interior conditions regardless of the weather outside.

We also place great emphasis on a healthy indoor climate. High-quality materials and controlled ventilation systems with filtration – included as standard – ensure consistently high air quality.
