Yes, the plot needs a prepared foundation. We coordinate the technical requirements with you and can recommend suitable partners depending on your region. The on-site work is carried out by the client's contractor; DWELLII manages the interface so that delivery and installation follow seamlessly.
We accompany you from the pre-application through to the permit submission — working alongside experienced architects from our partner network. They clarify the requirements, prepare the necessary drawings and support the application through to approval. The exact scope depends on the plot and the relevant authority.
For all these approvals and authorisations we provide all the necessary technical documentation. Depending on your location, we can also recommend partners so that you don't run into bureaucratic hurdles.
DWELLII houses come with: 10 years warranty on the base structure · 5 years statutory warranty · 2 years on accessories.

Our architects have selected every technical and design detail to meet your expectations and needs – nothing is placed at random. And if you'd like additional personalisation, that's not a problem: you can choose wall surfaces, bathroom fittings, furniture colour and layout, and floor coverings. For the façade and for windows and doors, we offer several surface options so that the house feels precisely right for you.
DWELLII TR houses are designed as self-contained single modules. Whether a later extension is possible depends on model, plot and planning permission. This should therefore be considered during the planning phase and assessed on an individual basis.

Yes, your DWELLII house can be equipped with an incinerating toilet, water tank, photovoltaic panels and storage batteries. For greater autonomy, you can also opt for a greywater filtration system and rainwater filtration and reuse. All of this is optional and can be discussed with one of our team.
Yes. Our range includes several models in different sizes – from a compact tiny house to a two-bedroom family home. We are also developing modular house types that allow different configurations for various uses.
