Home in six steps.

Total duration ≈ 6 months from building permit — exact timelines are agreed with you individually

    Enquiry & consultation

    You tell us about your plot, wishes and budget — we advise you on the right model, specification and process. No commitment.

  2. Step 02

    Planning & building permit

    A local architect submits the planning application on your behalf — we recommend experienced partners if needed and supply all technical documentation for your model.

  3. Step 03

    Plot & foundations

    We provide all specifications for foundations and services. A structural engineer prepares the foundation plans — we're happy to recommend our partner.

  4. Step 04

    Factory production

    Your house is built in our own factory, independent of weather — digitally planned, precision machine-cut, and continuously quality-checked.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery & installation

    We deliver the fully fitted modules and install them — typically in no more than two weeks.

  6. Step 06

    Handover & move in

    After the joint inspection you move in — no months of on-site finishing work.
