The Tinca Cabin was born from a very personal question asked by architect Katrin Schwarz: how can the connection with nature that camping offers be combined with the comfort of a proper home?
The result is an uncompromisingly high-quality boutique tiny house — designed by an architect, produced to DWELLII standard.
Around 90% of the Tinca Cabin consists of timber — from the KVH timber panel structure to the thermally modified wood façade, which develops a natural silver patina over the years.

Two separate rooms, a full bathroom, an airy sleeping loft for children and a generous terrace — space for four to five people, without the feeling that anything is missing.
Inside, three-ply spruce natural finish creates a warm, healthy atmosphere. Full-height aluminium sliding doors open the living space out to the garden.
The bedroom can also be used as a workspace – calm, clear, framed in timber. The loft provides an additional child's sleeping space. That way everyone in the family has their own retreat.

A full bathroom with a level-access tiled shower, HPL wall panels and water-saving chrome fittings.
Electric underfloor heating, an 80-litre hot-water boiler, mechanical extract ventilation with humidity sensor and PV pre-wiring included ex works.
The Tinca Cabin is serially manufactured and delivered turnkey by truck or crane onto the strip or pad foundation. On-site installation: one to two days. Lead time: 20–24 weeks from planning permission.
