Horia Bălan

Horia brings a wealth of experience to DWELLII, having managed over €35 million in infrastructure and architectural investments. His impressive track record includes high-end residential projects featuring unique designer homes. In 2019, he was honored as “Developer of the Year” by the Romanian Order of Architects for his commitment to innovation and excellence.

Dragoș Buliga

Dragoş is an internationally acclaimed movie director who has produced award-winning movies featuring household names such as Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton and Armand Assante, along with the most successful tv series of all time in Romania, boasting over 600 episodes With an expanding body of work, he continues to make a significant impact in the film industry both locally and globally.
